Shame is one of the heaviest emotions we carry—often unspoken, deeply rooted, and passed down through generations. Shedding Shame is a guided breathwork experience designed to create a supportive, intentional space where you can begin to gently meet the layers of shame held within the body—from personal stories to ancestral pain and societal conditioning.
This workshop is crafted with deep care and preparation. Every element—from the breath patterns to the environment itself—is chosen to hold and honor the full spectrum of emotions that may arise. You’ll be invited to move at your own pace, allowing your body to speak, release, and soften in a safe and grounded container.
Through conscious breath and somatic presence, we’ll begin the journey of untangling from shame’s grip and remembering the truth: you are not alone, and you are not broken.
Come as you are. Leave a little…
