Our Story
Girl Dinner was born out of burnout.
After years of showing up to events, friend groups, and networking spaces where the expectation was always to smile, keep it light, and stay “on,” our founder, Caitlin, realized something was missing—not just in those rooms, but in her life. The constant performance left her feeling alone, inauthentic, and deeply disconnected, even when she was surrounded by people.
She wanted real connection. The kind that happens when we let the masks fall off. The kind that feeds you in the places you’re actually hungry.
So she got the girls together and created Girl Dinner—a table set not just with nourishing food, but with the intention to feed the parts of women that often go untouched in modern life: emotional honesty, vulnerability, shared stories, and quiet knowing glances that say “me too.”
At its core, Girl Dinner is a community-powered space. There are no dues, no membership fees, no pressure—just an invitation to come as you are, when you need it. It’s not a business. It’s a movement of women pouring back into themselves and each other.
As we grow, we envision quarterly gatherings filled with connection and inspiration, and an annual benefit dinner to raise funds for local organizations that support and uplift women. It’s about coming home to each other, one bite and one brave conversation at a time.
